China Glaze Summer Neon 2012 Swatches(Part 3)

Hello Polish Lovers,

The last four neon polishes of the China Glaze Summer Neon 2012 swatches! In this post, we have two Jelly neons for you! Yes, you did not read wrongly, JELLY NEONS! *dancing happily, preparing to do a Jelly Neon sandwich swatch* Alright alright,

You can check out Part 1 and Part 2 where the Pinks, Green, Yellow and Orange Neons are!
About the photos: All of them were taken under artificial white light, there was no top coat apply to any of the swatches:) Nice formulas for all four polishes stated in this post, easy application from the first to the second coat of these shimmery neons. All of them dried with a slight matte finish, but not fully matte!

Dont they just look exactly the same from the bottle, side by side?!
But they are definitely two different polishes when you swatch them.
Dont be tricked but what you see from the bottle as you look a our photos!

*Little Confession*
At first, we also had trouble identifying which polish comes first, so we decided to retake the photos and WOW they look really exactly the same even after we decided to retake the photos!

Love the formula of the shimmery purple neon, didnt have any problem with it while applying it on my nails. Sad to say, we are unable to find the correct object to compare this shade of gorgeous purple shimmery neon with other things! Maybe red cabbage might be the closest food we could associate this pretty creme shimmery neon!

Index & Ring Finger: Under the Boardwalk,

Oh yes, as we have previously mentioned that there are Jelly Neons in this collection! Under the Boardwalk is one of the pretty Jelly neons that is ideal for a glitter jelly sandwich combo! Its quite sheer and dries with a semi glossy rubber finishing!
But let us remind you that the glitters used for this grape jelly must be really screaming for attention in order to stand out in the sandwich! At the moment, we cant seem to find a suitable glitter to make them stand out well, but we still love the outcome of them. Stay tune for our jelly neons glitter sandwich post next week!

The last jelly neon from this collection! Both jellies are quite sheer, but they were able to even out slowly as they dried. Reminds us of a the Jeans collection from both Nubar and Chanel! We were never a fan of such blue, but this jelly neon changed our mind! We really love this blue jelly layered with glitters!

Last but not least, the electric blue shimmery neon. Splish Splash look a little metallic under the flash, but it is showing the shimmery finish of this neon polish. This polish let us have this very techno feel. Hmm, it might be a very pretty shade to go along with your bikinis on the beach in contrast with the sea and soft sandy beaches! But we are very sad to say that, Splish Splash is the color we dislike from this entire summer neon shades!

The last four neon shades of China Glaze Summer Neon 2012 are shown in this post, the blue & the purples. What do you think of the entire collection so far?:) Still want more Neons?
What about Jelly Neons Sandwich?

Hope our swatches were not too bad to help you make decisions for these collections!

    1. These neons dried with a jelly finishing, since they are also neons so we called them Jelly neon:D

  3. Love to see a full hand of EACH color. I know it's a large collection - but that really would help making decisions. Excited to try the jelly's - except that means sheer - I have that really sheer blue from the last CG neon collection from 2009 - Pool Boy Toy - it's a great color - but takes a lot of layers to get it opaque.
