Look what we have got here for you in this post:) One of us had made a nail polish swap with Tracey from GingerKittyDesigns as I wanted to try something new for this Chinese New Year and give my mother a surprise. It was a pity that the local post doesnt work during public holidays, if not it would have arrived just in time!
A mother who started an Etsy shop, who decided to present nail polish in a unique presentation, which is different from the usual swatches you see. She has allowed nail polishes to be worn not just on our nails but around our fingers and necks, on our ears and hair, she even made them into keychains! Does she take customised orders?
Yes she does! You can check out whats on her Polish List and get your order from her Etsy shop! Fret not if you are unable to find the polish you want on her list, as she can send you a little polish bottle for you to pour some of your polish over to let her create your jewelry with your desired polish! However, do take note that their will be an additional charge of USD$8 for international customers, which includes the bottle, shipping and handling fee. You will have to bear the cost for sending it back to her:)
Even though it didnt arrived at our mail box in time, I was very pleased that Tracey had done a wonderful job in our swap, as despite her tight schedules and timing she was able to make such beauties for both my mum and I! The best part about this swap was that the babies I got from Tracey managed to put a smile on my mum's face after weeks of stressful heavy workloads!
It was love at first sight for my mum, when she saw the rings, ear rings and necklace that Tracey made!
Besides what we requested for the swap, Tracey added three more items to our swap:) Two of them were these beautiful rings! I love such adjustable rings as they are adjustable to fit into both my mum and my tiny little fingers! I guess that the left one is Gosh Holographic and the one on the right is Liquid Euphoria Bliss!
One of items get in the swap was Cult Nails Clairvoyant on this pair of pretty bobby pins!
Arent they mesmerizing? Cant wait to put them on my hair:D Can you see the nail polish necklace in the centre?:) It was the third gift we got from Tracey! It Chinaglaze Ruby Pumps on that nail polish pendant:) My mum simple love this!
Here comes the earstuds! Want to make a guess which ones are my mum's and mine?:)
The one on the top is China Glaze DV8, since I cant get the chance to own them, I shall have them on my ears:) (That was what I thought until Bea is adding it in our polish swap!) The one in the middle is Cult Nails Clairvoyant and the one at the bottom is Gosh Holographic which my mum love them the best among this three!
Here comes the last item we requested for our swap(:
OPI DS Glamour for a keychain! Currently, I have no idea what should I ring it with as its such a beauty that I cant bear to damage them with my butter fingers:( Its currently hanging on my study table's drawer:) Ever since I got this beauty, I can just stare at it for minutes when I get stressed out from assignments! It makes me feel like I got 'glamoured'!
